process
from concept development - visualisation to space planning - project management and full design & supply we have done it all, however, it is the concept stage i love the best.
I like to keep it nice and loose and create a sketchy visual then enhance it with some photoshop magic. for many situations this level of detail will suffice but for some projects i will work with a CAD or 3D visualiser to take it to the next level. these visuals would normally form part of a full package of mood boards / sample boards / schematic plans and or initial elevations / sketch details to complete the initial design phase.
after the concept is developed and signed off its down to layout and detailing / specification. this is normally CAD or paper based scale drawings. the visuals are normally updated with the brand / finishes specifications and are combined with a full package of approved fabrication drawings listing all agreed details. planning consultancy and or landlord liasing along with any other required local authority / fire / regulatory certification would also be sought at this stage.
implementation requires constant changes to the details and specification package and normally issued by correspondance with the relevant CAD packages. completion packages are issued by PDF and or hard copy CAD packages along with final job shots if and where appropriate along with issuing any certification applied for and granted.
below are some of the visuals & design drawings i have produced. many of these materialised into full projects and roll outs but some simply served their purpose as concept visuals for client presentations. please get in touch if you would like to view my full portfolio.
